Development
Foxbank Towne Center has just begun development and is currently pre leasing shop space adjacent to CVS in the Phase II portion of this 45 acre shopping center and is offering seven out parcels in the Phase I portion of the center for Sale, Build to Suit, or Ground Lease. Phase II will consist of a CVS and approximately 14,000sf of either stand- alone or in-line shop space, offering shopping, dining and much more. The entire development will consist of three Phases and will be anchored by a grocery store.
